SHIPPING
- We ship worldwide from Yogyakarta, Indonesia. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the products and payment are completed. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
- We send all items securely via UPS (ups.com), DHL (dhl.com), EMS Pos Indonesia (ems.posindonesia.co.id) and FedEx (fedex.com). Any duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping cost.
- If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN
- We accept returns up to 3 days upon arrival, if you find the order is incorrect and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
- In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo and video of the item’s condition.
- We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
