Please make sure you have read our Sizing guideline, repair and return policy before placing an order.
Standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the date of the order or from the final confirmation mock up. Except for special requests* (for birthdays, engagements, surprises, etc.) that have been confirmed by email.
Make sure you have provided the appropriate size and information in accordance with the order or request.

Any changes after submitted order are not accepted and not included in the repair and return policy (we highly suggest contacting our customer service when in doubt)
Products may be subject to custom tax in accordance with client’s local government regulations.
Please treat your products with care and refer to our Jewelry Care for guidance.
